The Benefits of Bundling

For years, an apron clad, red headed sales woman and her sales team have been pitching their insurance wares.  One of their main selling points is ‘bundling’.  By offering a discount, for multiple products purchased at the same time, her customers can save money.  That sounds great if you’re looking for home or automobile insurance but bundling isn’t just for home and automobile insurance.

Detail Home Inspection, LLC offers bundling to our clients when they place and online order for a Standard Inspection service and then choose an additional inspection service.  The typical savings is about 7% on each applicable additional inspection service*.

How Does It Work?

Go to DHI’s website and click the “Click Here to Book An Inspection” button. Select a Standard Inspection Service type and it will be automatically added to your shopping cart. Check the box of any additional inspection service you want and it will also be added to your cart.  You can select more than one additional inspection service. You’ll see a running total as you build your order. The amount you save will appear with each applicable service you add.

For example, Our Standard Home Inspection of a 2500 square foot home built in 2005 with additional WDI and Lawn Irrigation inspection services would normally cost $380.  The same inspection, plus the additional WDI inspection service, on the same home, would cost only $370 with online bundling.   There are similar savings when Lawn Irrigation, Crawl Space, Swimming Pool or Aerobic Septic additional inspection services are added.

Why Don’t We Always Offer those Discounted Prices?

That’s a great question. We derive our standard prices based on the average amount of time it takes to properly perform the Standard Inspection Service and additional additional inspection service while also considering, our costs and our market.  Since online orders cost less to process, we offer that discount to our online clients.  The bundling discounts on our additional inspection services are just one type of savings; we offer another type of savings in the form of a promotional coupon.

DHI occasionally offers promotions on our Standard Inspection Services. These include our Standard Home Inspection, Warranty Inspection and Pre-Listing Inspection.  Clients can save on these three types of Standard Inspection Services by adding the promotional coupon information when checking out their online shopping cart.  Promotional coupons are only offered on DHI’s Standard Inspection Services.  Check our website and try it at detailhomeinspectionllc.com.
