INSPECTION
When you are buying a home, our Standard Home Inspection is our best value. It includes, but is not limited to, the foundation, roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and grading, Your report will have pictures and videos where needed.
We also offer WDI (Wood Destroying Insect), Pool/Spa, Septic System and Lawn Irrigation inspection options. We inspect outbuildings, boat docks and water bulkheads too.
PRE-LISTING INSPECTION
